1. Call us for an on-site consultation.

Once we seeyour space, we can see what you are working around, the colors you love and your desired design style. This helps us gather information that will make sure we understand your favorite colors, your style direction and your budget.

At our first appointment we will be able to let you know at that time what design and research design costs.  Because we offer full service interior design and decoration, how we charge depends on what service or product you are interested in.  For example color consulting time is different that if someone wants help with window coverings only.  Following is helpful information on some basics on how we work. 2. Design and Research

• Color Consulting: Our clients love how we help them select and place their interior wall colors. Click here for more information on how we work with you on interior wall colors. Our design fee depends on the number of rooms and size of home.  Call us for a quote.
   
• Window Blinds and Shades - Free on-site consultation!  We bring samples right to your home to help you select what is best for your privacy, sun and energy control needs.  We offer free professional installation too on some products!  Click the brown box above for amazing coupons and rebates that are currently being offered.  Many of our Hunter Douglas products we can have installed in three weeks! • Custom Window Design - Valances and Drapery Panels:  One of our specialties is balancing your homes decor with fabulous window treatments.  Whether is it simple drapery panels or intricate valances we design and fabricate them for your personal style and colors.  We have amazing repertoire of style options, fabric, trim, decorator rods and finials.   Because we custom design these just for your home, depending on the number of windows, we collect a design and research fee up front and then when you choose to purchase them (within 3 months) we credit that deposit back to you at that time.  We have found this works well, especially when clients love to sew, but just want ideas of what to do.  We also are unique in our professional interior renderings of our designs that will help you visualize what the treatment will look like in the end.  Click here to see portfolio of rendering examples.  We can do these on photos of your own window, or draw them, as examples show, in our design program.
   
• Master Planning - Space Planning:  It often helps to have a master plan of your home, or specific spaces so that you do not waste your re-modeling or decorating dollars.  Click here to see examples of floor plans of past clients. 
  
  Master planning can include only space planning or a layout of the floor plan and traffic flow, or we can take it to the next level and pull together all your colors and finishes for you.  The total master plan would not only include floor plan, color and finish specifications, but also can include window covering renderings, fabric and furniture choices.  This being said, you can see why it is easiest if we meet to discuss options and at that time can give you our design and research fees.  We are always up front about any costs associated with your project, and we never bill you later.
   
• Furniture - Lighting - Accessories:  We have designer resources galore for home products.  We also regularly attend design trade shows in Las Vegas and High Point in North Carolina to keep our library updated and current.  Call us for more information and we can discuss how we can help you.
   
• Carpet - Flooring - Tile - Cabinets - Countertops:  All the interior finishes we can specify for you in new construction or in remodel.  We generally charge by the hour for this type of service, or it will be included in an estimate for a master plan.  We have contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors that have provided us with excellent service through the years.

3. Fabrication and Purchasing

We have access to amazing selection of fabrics and home furnishings from all over the world. On custom window treatments we contract with workrooms that specialize in quality treatments. We can offer you what ever level of service that best suits your needs. Some clients like to shop on their own, but want ideas and a plan...  some prefer for us to fabricate and purchase the products for them. We can provide whatever level that meets your needs.

4. Delivery and Installation

We choose partners that offer white glove and superior service in delivery and installation.
